The restaurants
We are adhering to all advice provided by the World Health Organization and local authorities and will continue to do so,
the management and myself are following developments daily.
Trinity, Upstairs and Bistro Union remain open and trading as usual for this coming week.
Our table spacing has been adjusted significantly to allow for increased spacing and our restaurant is clean with strict measures in place.
We have taken precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests.

we have increased our cleaning frequency, using anti-bacterial and anti-viral products.
Each team member has been provided with personal hand sanitiser to carry around the restaurant.
All team members have been briefed that if they have contact with anyone affected or experience any symptoms,

he team is more focused than ever on ensuring we can offer you a moments respite, nourishment, nurture and beautiful food – an escape from madness.
