This October, Adam Byatt’s Clapham neighbourhood favourite, Bistro Union, will play host to Guest Chef, Yoshiko Wada, for three days from 30th September to 2nd October, coinciding with Japan Week in London.  She will join Adam at Bistro Union to create a very special one-off menu that will include, at £50 per head, delicious dishes such as spicy tuna tartare, beetroot & snow crab with yuzu & wasabi mayo and red bean paste tiramisu.


Yoshiko Wada grew up in Tokyo before moving to London at the age of 19. She discovered her love of food at an early age, often watching her mother and grandmother cook elaborate meals in the family kitchen. She started her own catering business, Ritsuko & Co in 2007, where Adam first met Yoshiko when he was invited to one of her pop-up dinners.
